Registration & Admission Procedures

Registration at Ephesus Academy requires three important steps for both new and returning

students:

  1. Online registration
  1. Financial Clearance
  1. Admissions Interview/Assessment

 

 

 Online Registration for Returning Students

To complete the online reenrollment process, parents will access their ParentsWeb account on www.renweb.com .

  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.

Online Registration for New Students

New parents will need to apply online through our website. 

  • Go to www.ephesusacademy.org and click the “Registration” tab.
  • Follow the steps to create a school account and register the student.

 

 

 Financial Clearance on Registration Day

For your safety, all parents will bring specific documents to school on during our drive-in Registration Day, July 30, 2020.  Adequate signage will be posted, so that
  • parents will know exactly what to do when they arrive.
  • During this registration process, parents will discuss financial plans and make their first month’s tuition.  This process is required before students can be enrolled in classes.
  • Laptops will be accessible for those who have not completed the online registration. Login directions  and assistance will be provided.

 

 

 Admissions Interview & Assessment

  • New parents will meet with school administration for a family interview virtually.
  • Students will also complete STAR baseline assessment within the first four weeks of school.
